help of its partner, HVACReducation.net, is launching a new product this month to
bring more online education opportunities to industry professionals. The
collaboration on this effort began in the fall of 2005 and has produced what is
called the MEPatWORK.com Online Education Center. The Online Education Center
features two main tools: MEPSTR and MEPPREP.

MEPSTR is a collection of self-assessments that will evaluate job seekers' knowledge
of the HVAC/R industry. This is a great way for them to prepare for future
employment opportunities and to show their current and/or potential employer their
proven skill sets. Each assessment is composed of randomly selected questions from
various HVAC/R topics.

MEPPREP offers multiple NATE Exam Prep Reviews that can better prepare job seekers
to take the NATE Certification exam. Each assessment review program includes
downloadable handouts, instant feedback, easy navigation and related resources for
additional study. The selection of web-based review programs includes all the main
topics covered by the NATE certification exams.

With these offerings, job seekers can evaluate their skill sets and identify where
additional training may be needed. Employers can also use these two products to keep
employee training up to date and as extra tools for the hiring process. "The Online
