products, a wireless Smartcard system, capable of splitting a subscription smartcard
to watch TV in every room of your house. This means your TV is no longer confined to
your living room. The SW Plus solution incorporates patent pending technology within
a stand alone USB smartcard server and up to 5 wireless smartcards to receive live
the original smartcard signal anywhere in a household.

The SW Plus USB server allows you to securely split smartcards between multiple
receivers at home. Just plug & play SmartWi Plus and your second tv receiver is
running in minutes. The products are designed to hide the complexities of setting up
wireless communication lines and at the same time giving you ease of use.
The SW Plus hardware development team succeeded to provide state-of-the-art wireless
smart card functionality. The wireless smartcard acts exactly the same as the
original smartcard without comprimises. The small and custom designed casing for the
USB server is very robust and of very high quality.
All products are stable and simple, computer experience is not required as it is a
stand alone product, already programmed for regular use and require zero
maintenance. The flash based firmware is upgradable to make sure future subscription
smartcards will be supported and features can be added without the need for new
hardware. The SmartWi Plus software is often updated and will automatically upgrade
the firmware as needed.

Mark Verhulst adds, "Previously the subscription costs were too prohibitive to
receive TV in every room of your house. Other options, like using TV transmitters,
or pulling wire by technicians throughout a home including spending the time
necessary for appliance service installations were also expensive, provides just 1
TV channel for the complete house and provide poor broadband quality due to signal
loss. The wire-free SW Plus system removes all these problems."

The innovative system uses advanced dual band wireless transmission technology
delivering the most stable wireless performance. It employs ISO standards for a wide
selection of transmission channels and switches the channel for minimized
interference when used up to 50 feet from the base station. It is a highly efficient
wireless protocol with smart flow control and error correction, that is able to
deliver independent live channels throughout a residence with concrete walls in
broadcast quality.
SW Plus provides customers with an easy solution for digital television on all
television sets at home. There is no need for additional wiring to enjoy all of
digital television's features on all television sets.
The SW Plus USB servers delivers the original smartcard signal throughout a home up
to four stories high. The signal is being used by a wireless smartcard to access
broadcast content on any television set in the house.
Customers can now decide what they want to watch, at what time they want to watch it
and on which television set they want to watch it with just 1 subscription
smartcard.
The SW Plus system will be available in the fourth quarter of 2006. The cost of
owning a SW Plus system will be lower than currently available solutions in the

system works with a single smartcard and a single subscription for viewing all
