Global NovelsTM Launches Weekly Serialized Novels

New literature in a new format for a global internet audience!

The traditional reading experience involves reading a book alone from
cover-to-cover. Richard Gore, author of The Gift, offers: “Why should reading
make the reader feel disconnected? I write to engage readers in global affairs and
link them to surprising new facts. Our concise yet content-rich serials encourage
readers to discuss their responses with fellow readers online.”

As Charles Lee, author of The Wanderer, observes: “Traditional novels are
based on a specific culture, a limited setting, or reliant on genre conventions.
Global Novels aims to promote a new genre, the Global NovelTM , that integrates many
world cultures, idioms and narrative styles.”

Global SerialsTM begin on September 29, 2006 in bite-sized episodes of 2,500 to
3,500 words. New episodes will be published on the website every Friday for
subscribers who log in with their passwords to download the episodes. Back issues
can be ordered. All serials will always be offered to completion.

Examples include:
The Z Organization; which combines elements from anime, martial arts serials and
intellectual thrillers into a Modern Workplace Fantasy.
Journey; which brings together Western fairytales, Chinese opera, Bollywood and
magical realism into a world-touring allegorical epic.
Global Horror Serials; in which the author investigates ongoing horror stories with
solid factual basis from countries all over the world.
Birthright; which combines world history, martial arts and magical fantasy into a
literary epic.

Global NovelsTM and Global SerialsTM are found at http://www.globalnovels.biz. The
authors have a blog at http://globalnovels.blogspot.com where they discuss events of
global interest. Everyone is invited to participate!
