Splitter & Merger product.
PDF Splitter & Merger desktop utility has consistently been awarded 5 star rating by
end users and software reviewing organizations since November, 2004. Download.com
(CNET Networks, Inc.) reported over 8,382 downloads since the launch of the product.
Internal reviews confirmed a 300% jump in year over year sales for the desktop
utility. During this period there have been numerous requests by different types of
customers for a consol based PDF Splitter & Merger for the small and midsize
customers. Additionally, reseller and software vendors also wanted a similar
solution so that it could be loosely coupled with other enterprise products in the
software content space.
Why on earth build a consol based solution for the PDF Splitter & Merger when
everyone is moving to web based and web services model? We asked the same question
from our customers and we found that customers in the small/midsize space lack the
IT support necessary to setup and manager a web based or web services solution, yet
they want centralized software so they can control licensing costs.
As long as the PC is running, the consol application can operate without any IT

Merger are simply a range of pages that needs to be merged into a source PDF file
and pages that will need to be split and placed into a new PDF file.
