Press Release Body = Redwood City, CA (PRWEB) October 3, 2006 - Inspired by Governor
Arnold Schwarzenegger's historic signing of California's Global Warming Solutions
Act (AB 32), a Silicon Valley engineer announced today a new way for the public to
use their computers to turn up the heat on Congress to take action.

"I am showing people how to use their PCs to automatically send 581 customized Fax
letters to all U.S. Senators, Representatives, and Governors," said Bob Lash,
founder of the nonpartisan Global Warming National Fax-in campaign.

"Every 1,800 participants will generate over 1 million Fax letters."

"This new tool has the potential to deliver a wake-up call to every member of
Congress, and every Governor, on a scale that has never been seen before," said
Lash.

The campaign's web site (www.bambi.net/faxin.html) provides downloadable tools and
step-by-step instructions enabling anyone with a PC and unlimited long distance
phone plan to participate.

Bob Lash is an original member of Silicon Valley's Homebrew Computer Club, whose
members, including Steve Wozniac, worked together to put the power of the computer
into the hands of ordinary people. He is both an engineer and a medical doctor by
training, and today develops medical devices for patient care.

"I feel fortunate to have been part of the group that triggered the personal
computer revolution," said Lash. "Now I feel compelled to help people use those
computers to give them a louder voice on Capitol Hill."
