Pratik Chube Joins Emerson, hopes to strengthen channel further

Pratik Chube said, "I have joined here some 4 weeks back and I am enjoying the work
and responsibility being given to me."

Talking about the new challenges in front of him currently Chube stated, "We are
currently focusing on getting the critical mass in micro range of products, as it is
the main pulse of the channel."

He added, "We are planning and deploying aggressively our schemes, products and
other incentives etc. to channel partners as a part of our channel strategy to
strengthen our position further. We are applying a channel friendly approach by
pulling up the stock in a balanced manner from the market and avoiding over stocking
of our products to ensure there is no huge target based burden on the channel
partners."

Emerson as a brand has been dealing with entry business partners initially, now it
is focusing on maintaining direct relations with the Dealers, Network Integrators
and sub distributor level also.

Revealing his plans for the upcountry channel Chube said, "We are slowly and
steadily making our entrance into the upcountry channel as well by initially
targeting B and C class cities and then gradually moving towards the tails of the
channel."

Sharing his experience on joining Emersion Chube concluded, "I am finding the work
very challenging and interesting here, it is an excellent organization and I see my
