Unlike programs that concentrate strictly on the sales process, MBC\'s program looks
at the personality and motivation of each sales professional enrolled in the
program. It also prepares the sales professional by teaching him or her about the
cultures in their trade area and target customer.

To maximize sales today, every sales professional needs to fully understand the
community in which they will sell their product of service. By understanding the
culture of their customers, salespeople immediately turn their marketing dollars
into more fruitful efforts and reduce the number of leads that dry up after the
first contact.

\"The sales process today has some new twists necessitated by the cultural diversity
of communities,\" according to Rick Weaver, MBC Chief Operations Officer. \"Once
someone understands the partnership sales process that takes regional, religious,
generational, and other cultures.\"

The program takes a three prong approach wherein participants learn their own sales
skills and motivation, the cultures of their prospect base, and the best practices
in partnership selling.
