After the acquisition all brand names will remain the same and products will not change, except for product advancemments allready planned and scheduled to introduction. All three companies\" Billionaires List\", \"Billionaires Index\", and \"Contact Billionaires\" are internet enterprises. All three companies are information companies, however, their products are different, the information they sell are different, and the marketing tactics and \"buyer groups\" are also different. Billionaires Index has products that Billionaires List does not have and would take years for Billionaires List to plan and develop. Billionaires List obtained several \"trade secrets\" fron the acquisition. But, dis not make disclosure of those secrets. During the acquisition, several other competitors were considered, including the takeover of the Challenge List, the Famous List, and the Bilanz List.
