Previously from Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds, Beata has conducted senior level searches for clients in Poland, Central and Eastern Europe. She says: "This is an exciting time for Eastern Europe as we find ourselves with a robust economy and continued foreign investment.
