selection, Jim McNatt Toyota/Dodge/Honda/Scion is adding Jim McNatt Clearance Lot
and McNatt Hi-Line.

For over 26 years, Pre-Owned Director, Gene Cole, has either owned or operated a
used car lot in Denton County. During those years he has consistently encountered
two needs that seem to be prevalent to Denton. According to Mr. Cole, one of those
needs is for inexpensive, quality pre-owned vehicles and the other need is for
quality pre-owned luxury vehicles.

"There is a huge need for inexpensive, pre-owned vehicles because Denton has two
colleges and several high schools. Plus, Denton has a lot of commuters that are
often looking for reliable, inexpensive transportation as well. That is why we are
opening a Clearance Lot at Jim McNatt," explained Cole.

The Jim McNatt Clearance Lot will consist of 40-50 quality pre-owned vehicles priced
below $8000. With several financing plans available, they should have the right
financing option for everyone. So whether an individual has had a foreclosure,
repossession, or has no credit or bad credit there is a special financing team
waiting to assist customers with their vehicle purchase.

Jim McNatt Pre-Owned Manager, Paul Longoria, has been selling new and pre-owned
vehicles in Denton for over 18 years and he often encounters buyers looking for
pre-owned luxury vehicles. "For years, potential car buyers have had to drive to
Dallas if they wanted a luxury vehicle," stated Paul Longoria. With the opening of
McNatt Hi-Line, those customers will no longer have to drive to Dallas.

McNatt Hi-Line will be the only dealership in Denton that specializes in luxury
pre-owned vehicles. McNatt Hi-Line will consist of approximately 20-30 vehicles
with makes such as Acura, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche, Audi, Volvo and
Infinity. "Our goal is to offer the consumer luxury vehicles at an affordable
price. We hope to grow that number of vehicles to 50 in a couple of months," said
Gene Cole.
