From January 12th to 15th, Terry Wilfong visited the Delphian School and met with twenty-three students regarding their college application process and financing. Mr. Wilfong is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of College Options Foundation, a non-profit corporation with the goal of assisting parents and pre-college students in preparing for higher education. For the last several years, Mr. Wilfong has visited the Delphian School three times per year.
Students and parents were able to take advantage of Mr. Wilfong's expertise in planning and applying for college admission. Prior to starting the College Options Foundation, Mr. Wilfong held university positions as Admissions Director and Enrollment Management Consultant, made hundreds of radio and television appearances across the country and gave seminars to thousands of parents.
Sterling Petersen, class of 2007, said, "Terry helped me feel confident of the talents and abilities I have that will help me get into the best college possible."
Mr. Wilfong's next visit to the Delphian School will in the late spring.
