VANCOUVER, BC - Urban Impact Recycling Ltd. certifies that in 2006 ShowTimeTickets.com diverted 47 cubic yards of recyclable materials, which otherwise would have been dumped up in a local landfill. The figure amounts to enough material to fill 23 full sized pick-up trucks!

Urban Impact Recycling Ltd. was started in 1989 as the first multi-material recycling company in the Lower Mainland. They have steadily expanded from servicing four restaurants to servicing over 4500 pick-up locations in all areas of the Lower Mainland. Urban Impact utilizes 20 collection vehicles and operates a 40,000 square foot Materials Recovery Facility in North Richmond. In 2005, 17 500 metric tonnes of recyclable material was collected and diverted from local landfills.
