PITTSBURG, CA-February 3, 2007- The third novel by Timothy N. Stelly, Sr., Like A
Straight-Up Sucka, is still available at www.lulu.com. The story centers on inmate
Sylvester "Sly" Anderson, who had the love of three beautiful women, before his path
to happiness is impeded by the murder of one of them, who is the mother of his
child. The suspects include Sly, a jealous boozehound named Ted, and Sly's former
best friend, Larry-who also fathered a child with the woman. The thread linking the
three men is that on the day she died, all were involved in a volatile confrontation
with her.

The wrongly convicted Sly relates his tale of woe to his soon to be departed
cellmate, and though Sly knows who the killer is, will it be enough to free him, or
is he destined to "go out like a sucka."

Stelly is author of "Tempest In The Stone," and "The Malice of Cain," both printed
under the PublishAmerica banner. He has recently put the finishing touch on two
collections of poetry, "Ebony Vistas," and "Tales From the Black Side of the
Rainbow."
