The Five Attributes of a Perfect Business

Released on = February 5, 2007, 9:11 am

Press Release Author = Sandra Gavel

Industry = Advertising

Press Release Summary = Have you ever wondered why some people succeed online and
others fail? Even wondered if an online business really can work for you? I did
too, and I want to share with you what I discovered. I believe it will be a true
\'eye opener\' for you. I know it was for me. I recently reviewed literally hundreds
on online businesses. During my research I was able to identify five common
denominators of success.

Press Release Body = February 05, 2007
Every successful person I encountered was involved in a business that had at least
four of these five attributes. Could a person like me, with no technical skills and
no mailing list or product to sell, really succeed online? You bet! I did succeed
and now I want to share my research with you, free, in this article. It\'s simply my
way of giving back.

Factor 1 - A \"Natural\" Business. What I mean by \'natural\' is that the business
should be based on a need that people have now. So, what do people need? They need
to save time. They need to make money. They need to advertise their businesses. They
need to stay safe online. While this is not a comprehensive list, I hope it conveys
the idea. Key 1 - Find an existing need and fill it. --->

Factor 2 - Easy To Start Businesses. Any business that asks you to learn new and
complicated skills *before* you profit will probably not work well for you. After
all, who has the time to learn all these technical skills - like creating pages or
setting up autoresponders - and still promote the business? Who knows how to do
that? I know I didn\'t. So, Key 2 is to find a business that is easy to enter. --->
Factor 3 - Huge Market. This might sound obvious, but in today\'s world of \'niche
marketing\' it seems to be overlooked. The Internet is nearing a billion people
strong. So why market something that only a few people want? The successful
businesses I reviewed all had this in common - their product is helpful to the
\'average Joe or Jane\'. Key 3 - find a product or service with mass appeal. --->
Factor 4 - Affordable Products. This is why the perfect business will offer a low
cost product as well as more premium products. Businesses that work well have what
is called a \'low threshold of involvement\'. That\'s a fancy way of saying that it\'s
easy to get involved, and easy to stay involved, from both a time and money
standpoint. Key 4 - Offer a product people can afford to buy --->
Factor 5 - Leverage. The perfect business lets you profit from your own effort and
the efforts of others as well. So does that mean network marketing, team building,
and all of that? Not necessarily. If you want that, then *your* perfect business
should offer it. But if you do not want that, then your perfect business should not
require it. You should be able to succeed in the business without becoming a leader
... AND be rewarded if others join your business due to the appeal of the business
itself. Key 5 - Profiting from the work of others.
There you have my five keys to succeeding online.
