i2RH is composed of a Web based time tracking software and a mobile phone (Java) client, used by remote team supervisors to record their team work time and attendance, providing updated information to human resource and project management departments. Its main features are:
* record time and attendance for office employees and remote work teams * records are associated with projects and tasks within projects * Web based timesheet for office workers and mobile phone software for remote team supervisors * mobile phone software works offline. Network coverage is only needed to send records * attendance, total work and overtime reports, available in Excel, PDF and CSV formats
i2mobile partnered with construction companies to design and develop i2RH, making it well suited to that industry.
This is the first version available for download, the first localized to English and it is the result of the first full product development cycle. The previous version where only available to our first customers and development partners, and served to mature the product. This new version is the outcome of over a year of actual use in the construction industry, and it has proven to be reliable, useful and usable and it is providing real benefits for our customers.
