At the outset we like to congratulate everybody at M/s. Sapcon Instruments Pvt. Ltd. for making Instruments equivalent to international products (i.e. European, American, Japanese and Korean) for its reliability and ruggedness. This is mentioned because of following incident we do have a steel plant for making of steel rods for construction purpose. As the undersigned visited a scrap yard for purchase of scrap steel he noticed a hopper fitted with some instruments. Since it seemed to packing machine hopper it was taken out, inside that hopper a controller was also there. When the scrap was brought, the hopper with controller was removed, brought to plant and out of curiosity when we tested the instrument was working perfect to a brand new one. Kindly note the scrap was lying like that in open yard for about 2 to 3 months. We have kept the old one as a model piece and insist our persons in manufacturing plant to match the quality equivalent to the above.
