Hollywood Producer promotes Rhode Island Film Production

Press Release Summary = Hollywood writer/Producer Steven Feinberg will be promoting
filmmaking in Rhode Island at a forum co-hosted with George T. Marshall, CEO/
Director of the Rhode Island International Film Festival (RIIFF) and Jonathan Raben,
Producer/Director of the documentary film, Italian Americans and Federal Hill

Press Release Body = (Cranston, Rhode Island, USA) Hollywood writer/Producer Steven
Feinberg, now Director of Rhode Island\'s Film and Television Office will be
co-hosting a forum sponsored by the Borders Group, in his native Cranston, Rhode
Island.

Appearing with Mr. Feinberg will be George T. Marshall, CEO/ Director of the Rhode
Island International Film Festival (RIIFF) and Jonathan Raben, Producer/Director of
the highly acclaimed independent documentary film, Italian Americans and Federal
Hill which was made entirely in Rhode Island.

The theme of the lecture/discussions will be "Filmmaking Magic in Rhode Island" and
will be followed by a Q & A. The program is designed to be of interest to
filmmakers and the general public. Special guests and personalities from the film
industry are also expected to attend.

"I am really excited about the groundswell in filmmaking occurring in Rhode Island,"
said Producer Jonathan Raben. "The digital age is here and it has opened up an
inexpensive and easier way for people to get involved in filmmaking and Rhode Island
is a great place to make films. The event will be a networking opportunity for
filmmakers, students or anyone interested in film."

The event is open to the public and will be held at Borders Books and Music, Garden
City, 190 Hillside Rd., Cranston Rhode Island on Friday, March 9th at 7:00 pm.
