Basically, I am going to be using a marketing method called \"Bum Marketing\" to promote affiliate products. \"Bum Marketing\" is a method discovered by a guy called Travis Sago.The phrase \"Bum Marketing\" was coined by Travis\' wife who said that the method is so \"ridiculously easy, that you could take a bum off the street and get them making money within a few days\". Bum marketing involves writing compelling and authoratative articles on a subject which relates to a Google keyword. The trick is selecting a niche that receives regular traffic without being over competitive. Then by adding an affiliate or site link or both in the resource box, traffic,which is targetted, can be generated and hopefully converted to sales. Sounds pretty easy, right? Well, actually, it is! After a lot of research and poking and prodding about online,I am very confident that I will achieve my goal! I have selected my choosen niche or marketing area and I have finished writing my first article for publication. The trick with the writing is finding something that you are interested and passionate about and then using your knowledge to create a worthwhile article. At first, it was difficult to start the article. I found that researching and looking at certain writing styles helped a great deal.I found that once I got going it was hard to stop!The article is almost ready for submission,I just need to proofreed it and maybe edit it. I am not going to reveal the niche that I am targetting, until after I have completed this 30 day journey because to do so would intefere with the results. Anyway, so thats where I am today. I will be submitting the article to the major article directories, Ezine articles, Go articles, and Searchwarp as these are the article sites that Google love.
