Puzznic by ZX Games

Released on = March 28, 2007, 11:00 am

Press Release Author = ZX Games

Industry = Entertainment

Press Release Summary = Classic puzzle game. Dangerously addictive. Truly
challenging your intelligence.

Press Release Body = Many of you may have already heard about the recently launched
ZX Games project (http://www.zxgames.com), which is all about reincarnation. Namely,
reincarnation of the most popular games from the era of ZX Spectrum, Commodore and
other ancestors of the modern PCs. If you have not tried their Lode Runner
(http://www.zxgames.com/loderunner) and Boulder Dash
(http://www.zxgames.com/boulderdash) yet, then it is not too late. The project
developers preserved the original artwork while doing a great job of making the
program more user-friendly. Not only the new controls raise the gameplay to a much
higher level, but also such features as quick save and load, window and full-screen
modes, and others turn the game process to a real pleasure.

Now, the new creation of ZX Games developers - Puzznic
(http://www.zxgames.com/puzznic) - follows the same principles: originally developed
and produced by Taito in 1989 this game literally gets a second wind. Besides what
one would expect, i.e. smooth controls (you can entirely play with just your mouse,
although hotkeys are available too), window and full-screen modes, "Undo" option,
the program features a brand new appearance, which, combined with all the above,
makes the game dangerously addictive. Luckily, there are "only" 150 levels. Look
out, this may seem very few to you when you complete them all!
