Released on = March 23, 2007, 1:06 pm

Press Release Author = Kirk Winkler/ProMedia Strategies, LLC

Industry = Real Estate

Press Release Summary = Several of the country\'s best-known real estate investors
served as mentors for Puget Sound area real estate professionals at a recent seminar
in Seattle.

Press Release Body = SEATTLE, WA-Several of America's leading real estate gurus met
recently in Seattle to pass along their trade secrets to the region's real estate
professionals. The Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS) held its Super
Conference in Seattle to provide education, information and networking opportunities
for its members.

Among the speakers at the event were private money expert Alan Cowgill of
Springfield, Ohio, real estate investor Lou Brown, and "Apprentice" winner Kendra
Todd, who was the keynote speaker at the event.

Todd shared her experience working in the country's hottest real estate markets with
the attendees. She is currently President of MyHouseRE.com and was the first woman
to win on Donald Trump's reality television show "The Apprentice." She is the
author of Risk & Grow Rich, which tells readers how to overcome the fear of risk
taking and teaches them now to make their first million dollars in real estate. She
is currently host of the new HGTV cable channel program "My House Is Worth What?"

Prior to Kendra Todd's appearance, Alan Cowgill, the owner of Colby Properties, LLC,
and President of Integrity Home Buyers, Inc., spoke to the REAPS group on the topics
of investing for beginners and finding private lenders. Cowgill shared his own
experiences as a real estate investor specializing in single-family and small
multi-family properties and his practice of using private lenders rather than banks
to provide funds for his investments.

He told the group he has built his own private "bank" of $2,000,000 through his
private lenders. Among many topics, he told the attendees how to use private
lenders for rehabs as well as luxury homes or commercial properties.

Alan Cowgill is an author, consultant and nationally known speaker who has lectured
around the world. His blog appears regularly at www.privatelendingmadeeasy.com.
