Press Release Body = This morning, Brian Conway and Terease VanLanduyt departed from
San Felipe, on the Sea of Cortez, with a destination of La Paz BCS, on a pair of
Yamaha Waverunners! It is believed that this is the first time that this sort of
trip has ever been attempted.

The trip will take about 6 days and cover a distance of 800 miles with stops at
Gonzaga Bay, Bahia de Los Angeles, Bahia Kino (mainland side), Santa Rosalia, and
Loreto. Food, supplemental fuel and emergency supplies will be carried on
"hydro-trailers" that the pair will pull behind the waverunners.

Although originally planned purely as an adventure trip, it has become an
opportunity to raise money and awareness for the Cruz Roja Mexicana (Mexican Red
Cross); an organization that Brian and Terease (both pilots) worked with, flying
relief packages to villages that were totally cut off from supplies after Hurricane
John this past September. That effort required the use of an R44 helicopter that
Brian keeps in La Paz and was organized by the Baja Bush Pilots.

An additional mission during this journey will be distributing flyers to fishing
villages in the Loreto/Mulege area describing a private aircraft that was lost,
presumably in the Sea of Cortez, during a storm in November. The aircraft was never
located and it is hoped that a fisherman may have spotted some part of it, which
would provide some closure to the family of the husband and wife, members of the
Baja Bush Pilots, that were on board.

Property developers at San Felipe (El Dorado Ranch), Loreto (Loreto Bay Club) and La
Paz (Playa de La Paz) have made generous donations to the Red Cross in the way of
sponsorship. Brian and Terease will be paying all their own expenses as well as
making a donation to the Red Cross.

Brian is in the corporate jet sales and leasing business and divides his time
between Thousand Oaks, California (where his daughter attends CLU) and La Paz, the
capital of Baja California Sur. Terease is a business consultant residing in Ojai,
California, who involves herself in international projects such as building water
wells in Mali, West Africa, immunizing children against polio in Nigeria, West
Africa and working with teenage mothers in Nicaragua, Central America.
