guest in his newly created "Conversation Series."

The second installment of the workshop series which is loosely based on the "Inside
The Actor's Studio" television show, features prominent entertainment industry
professionals who candidly discuss the details of their work; providing insight,
information, and entertainment in the process.

Joe, who has also worked for Universal Music Group and Columbia Records, will engage
audience members in a special interactive exercise designed to give artists a
glimpse into the thought and selection process that A&R reps use to sign
commercially viable acts.

The workshop will address the following:

-The real impact of digital music
-Who\'s getting signed (and who\'s not)
-What types of deals artists are now getting
-How to really get the attention of A&R execs
-The new pros and cons of signing with a major or indie
