Press Release Summary = Why is it that some people live in misery day after day
while others flourish despite it? This is the question Anna asked herself for the
last fifteen years. Anna wrote the inspirational journey to growing up in the Amish
culture. At twenty four years old Anna made the most difficult decision of her
life. She left the sheltered Amish culture behind to create a life for herself in
this unsheltered world.

Press Release Body = Anna grew up in a world that preached a tight level of
conformity to simple physical tools and few day to day pleasures. Constantly riding
above my childhood development was a difficult under-current that took her through
long periods of depression, anxiety and low self-worth that resulted in her running
away from the only life she had ever known.
Anna had no idea if things would get better, but she was terrified of doing nothing
and fearing that left unattended, that they would get worse.
Come with Anna and share her journey through her formative years and learn what it
truly means to be growing up Amish.
Life is a journey and not always easy but with some effort and action Anna
completely changed her life and you can too. Anna will give you clear picture of
how she overcame the obstacles to get to her current healthy, happy, and loving
lifestyle.

Anna\'s quest for answers led her to realize that people are fascinated by the Amish
background and just as she began searching for answers to life\'s most fundamental
questions, so too have people come to her with questions. This book developed out of
a need to explore her feelings and explain to a wider audience what it was like
growing up Amish.

Anna shares a lot of herself and her personal story in the book and also when she
does live presentations. Anna's journey will no doubt lead you to reflect on your
