Company located in Lansdale, PA and Intellectual Pursuit, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA,
have contracted together to move forward the missions of both companies. Bernadine
Abad, President and CEO of Intellectual Pursuit, Inc., is recruiting tutors and
academic coaches and Karen Del'Marmol, President of KDM, will be assisting Abad in
her campaign to find the best individuals to fill those positions.

Del'Marmol and Abad met March 27, 2007 at the ceremony where they both were honored
as winners of the 2007 Microenterprise Program Boost Award -- grants for their
women-owned small businesses -- given by the Women's Opportunity Resource Center
(WORC) of Center City Philadelphia. Citicorp selected WORC as the only economic
development agency in Pennsylvania for the 2007 Women and Company Microenterprise
Boost Program.

KDM is a virtual company (www.kdmbusinesssupport) and Del'Marmol works as a Virtual
Assistant. A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a service provider who specializes in
providing offsite administrative support services as an independent contractor using
today's technology to deliver services and to communicate with clients. The
single-most important qualification to becoming a Virtual Assistant is at least five
(5) years administrative experience earned in the real (non-virtual) business world
working in upper level capacities such as administrative assistant, executive
assistant, secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, real estate assistant, office
manager, etc., as defined by the Virtual Assistance Chamber of Commerce
(www.virtualassistantnetworking.com). At this level of experience, a VA is expected
to possess the skill sets, training and business knowledge which are the hallmarks
of a truly qualified Virtual Assistant.
