Walnut, Calif. - May 21, 2007 -- Adesso Inc. a leading manufacturer of computer
input peripherals, announced the availability of its ultra portable numeric USB
calculator, the AKP-160. Available at $29.99 MSRP, the numeric USB
calculator/numeric keypad offers desktop and notebook users the instant benefit of a
full-sized, external numeric keypad in a compact format.

The AKP-160 is the perfect solution for those with jobs that travel from office to
office such as accountants, auditors or other number crunchers who travel with a
laptop and need a dedicated numeric keyboard to increase productivity and accuracy.
And at just 3.5 ounces, packed into a slim, sleek profile, the AKP-160 goes
anywhere, anytime.

Adesso's mini, numeric keypad features an LCD screen and additional function keys to
use with or without a PC. The calculator offers 19 keys with eight function keys
such as Tab, MRC and Send. It is compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, and XP
platforms. A two-way power system for calculator mode uses PC power, in addition to
one included battery. The auto power-off function shuts down the calculator after
four minutes from the last key entry to keep it from losing power when you need it.

Adesso products are available through Ingram Micro, Synnex and D&H direct vendors
including AMAZON, Buy.com, PC Mall, CDW, mWave, TigerDirect and Insight; and retail
stores such as Fry\'s and Micro Center; and through leading catalogs including CDW,
