Press Release Body = Miami Beach, FL-May 2007- With summer a few months away, the unique and innovative way to tone and learn exotic dance moves while boosting your body image and self confidence is "The Art of Exotic Dancing for Everyday Women®". These classes promise to evoke infectious energy and will create a moving and memorable experience for all women of every age and every shape. The Art of Exotic Dancing for Every Day Women's® Signature Workshop will be held at the Energy Fitness Center and Spa at 1815 Purdy Ave, Miami Beach, Fl on Sunday, May 20th, Saturday, June 23rd and Sunday, July 14th. This class is not about stripping away clothing, but rather about boosting the self-confidence of women through a series of exercises including eye contact.
Since 1988, this national program has been empowering women across the country, through the workshops, at home study DVD's and book; and is about self confidence and authentic self-expression through exotic dance. Miami Territory Owner/Trainer/AOED Instructor Renee O'Connor has established classes in South Beach, Aventura, Coral Gables and Kendall. There are 10 workshops & 4 workout series to choose from including, The Signature Workshop, The CoreMoves Workshop Series, ChairMoves Workshop Series, Themes & Props Workshops Series and The Corresponding Workout Series. No previous dance experience is required.
