the largest circulated Tamil dailies and is also the Chairman Press Trust of India
during 2006-2007.

BITS Pilani and RLINS Madurai have a Memorandum of Understanding for conducting off
campus collaborative BS Marine Engineering and BS Nautical Technology to address the
HRD needs of the Merchant Navy profession.

On 19 June 2007, in a brief function held at BITS Pilani, Dr R Lakshmipathy
President RLINS Madurai thanked and honored Prof L K Maheshwari Vice Chancellor BITS
Pilani with a Golden Shawl for taking the collaboration to greater glory.
