Office to PDF allows along with the generation of PDF-files, known by other programs, also a transfer of important internal meta-settings of an Office-file (e.g. document information, references/links, table of contents etc.) into the corresponding objects of a PDF-document. Besides, the program supports such Microsoft Office formats as DOC, XLS and PPT.
In Office to PDF the assistant accompanies a user during the work and thus allows an easy conversion with only few mouse clicks. The product uses profiles at will, i.e. it can either use predefined settings, or define personal profiles to make work with the software even more comfortable. Office to PDF can be started directly from Office applications, as the installation inserts an additional symbolic button into Word, Excel or Powerpoint.

Office to PDF supports Microsoft Office 2000, Office 2003, Office XP and Office 2007. PDF-files can be produced according to PDF-specifications from 1.3 to 1.6. The program runs under Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista.
