Press Release Body = Wyandotte Nation To Open 7th Street Casino UPDATE

Kansas City, Kansas - June 26, 2007 - Wyandotte Nation Casino progresses forward
with construction of a gaming facility in downtown Kansas City. The 7th Street
Casino will be opening late fall 2007.

The project is located at 803 North 7th Street, at the intersection of 7th Street
(State Hwy 69) and Ann Avenue, adjacent to Huron Park, in downtown Kansas City,
Kansas. Crossland Construction Company from Columbus, Kansas and Directions in
Design Inc. from St. Lois, Missouri, along with crews of local masons, electricians
and craftsmen are working to renovate the Shriner's building into a modern casino
facility. Special care is being taken to maintain the historic charm and essence of
the building, involving extensive internal and exterior works.

"We are building the casino around 12 spectacular, original green marble pillars.
They have become our 'design' inspiration," said Jim Hunt, Vice President of Gaming
Operations.

The casino facility will feature a restaurant and lounge on its first floor. The
restaurant will be a Steak and Chop House featuring local fare served in the
ambiance of 1920's décor. The next two levels are dedicated to gaming.
Approximately 400 Class II games will be featured. The fourth floor will accommodate
administrative offices.

"7th Street Casino will be more than a gaming facility - it will be an experience
themed around the by gone days of Kansas City, Kansas' rich past. It will transport
our customers to a very remarkable time in Kansas City's history," says President
and CEO, Dennis Pontiere.

The Wyandotte Nation recently opened Wyandotte Nation Casino in Wyandotte, Oklahoma.
Many of the benefits and rewards offered at Club Wyandotte, the casino's player's
club, will be carried over to 7th Street Casino. To learn more about the Wyandotte
