for people to discover and share new videos on the Web

Press Release Body = New York July 30, 2007 -- Steve Rosenbaum of Magnify.net has
been selected as a presenter in the CEO showcase at the AlwaysOn Stanford Summit
conference. The Stanford Summit features the most innovative companies, eminent
technologists, influential investors and journalists in keynote presentations, panel
debates and private company CEO showcases. Rosenbaum was chosen to present in the
Next Generation Media Tools CEO Showcase at 9:30am on Thursday, August 2nd in Fisher
Center on Stanford's campus.

Rosenbaum created MTV UNfiltered, credited as the first network television series to
popularize user-generated video. The show provided video cameras to the public for
direct, unedited user content.

Rosenbaum has continued his work with user-generated video and is currently the
founder and CEO of Magnify.net, a site that lets users create a video channel to an
existing website, blog or within the Magnify site. People can find, filter, and
share videos from across the web - even upload their own - and create a branded
video channel that they control. Magnify.net also discovers related user-generated
videos and can add them automatically.
"Looking towards the fall, Magnify.net will be a hot contender for the AlwaysOn
Media 100 List," said Noah Gellman of AlwaysOn.

The Stanford Summit will be held on July 31 - August 2, 2007 in the Arrillaga Alumni
Center on the Stanford University campus. It is a two-and-a-half-day executive
gathering that highlights the significant economic, political and commercial trends
affecting the global technology industries. For more information go to:
