EUGENE, ORE. - IDX, Inc. announced today that the Metro Multiple Listing Service based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is now part of an extensive network of IDX multiple listing service data feeds. This new addition allows the more than 8,000 real estate professionals in nearly 1,800 offices across the state of Wisconsin to utilize the features offered by IDX Broker. Metro MLS is a residential multiple listing service, providing consumers and professionals access to homes for sale around the state.
The Internet Data Exchange, or IDX, is the method of extracting information from the Metro MLS and making it available for public consumption on other websites. IDX Broker performs this function, transferring data from the Metro MLS, and providing this and other features for the benefit of Metro MLS members.
