Bromley, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, most
recently served as chairman of Guy Carpenter's European and Asia Pacific operations,
which included responsibility for Africa and the Middle East. In addition to that
role, he was a member of Guy Carpenter\'s executive committee and served on the board
of Marsh Ltd in the U.K.
