completion and sale of the 7.2 acres (316,681 SF) office development site.
Farmington Lakes Office Campus is located in Oswego, Illinois on Douglas Road
between Routes 30 and 34. The site was approved as the construction of seven
individual office buildings totaling approximately 72,765 SF.

The buyer, Farmington Lakes Commercial Partners, LLC, will be a 50/50 partnership
between Macon Partners, LLC and a Jameson Development partnership. Macon Partners is
controlled by Matt Wilbur, president of Macon Construction. Matt is a past client
of Jameson Realty Group with a track record of successful projects.
