About the Author:
Rod Glenn is 36 years old and lives in Newcastle upon Tyne, where he works as a business development manager for a small IT company. Rod was born in the North East, so Northumberland is a setting he knows well. To ensure that the story was realistic, Rod painstakingly researched every aspect, including police and emergency services (from several sources within the individual services, and personal experience). The scientific research (including toxin research) was provided both by Northumbria University and extensive research via the internet.
