Mr. Pendrell explains, “While making the research for the book, I realized what incredible opportunities there are for property investors in the region. Prices are currently still a fraction of what they are in any other emerging international real estate market such as Morocco, Cape Verde, Brazil, Turkey, etc., yet are increasing fast, with annual growth of 20-30% per annum.
