Press Release Body: Global Education Insurance Institute is the First and Only
Licensing Preparation Provider approved by the New York State Insurance Department
for ONLINE Insurance Prelicensing Courses to New York State residents.

"This represents a significant shift,' says Institute Director Michael T LeCornec
'in the Insurance Department's long-standing policy of requiring formal classroom
instruction for prelicensing education." Technological advancements in Examination
Software and Online Learning Management Systems now make it possible to offer new
and different learning opportunities without compromising educational integrity.

"There are three critical components to a successful eLearning Environment,' says
Michael LeCornec, 'Course Development and Delivery; Examination Simulation and
Evaluation; and Online Administration and Management." Global Education has
accomplished all via the creation of Web-EDsuranceT Online Courseware designed to
help licensing candidates master the topical content of their insurance licensing
examination; the formation of the GE Insurance Institute as the exclusive
distributor of Web-EDsurance in New York; and the development of XAM-NETT Online
Examination Simulation and Evaluation Solution that uses state-of-the-art Personal
Learning Technologiessm to analyze and measure candidate preparedness to pass
professional licensing examinations. The final piece of pulling all the elements
together into a cohesive eLearning Solution is accomplished via a Learning
Management System that manages administration, logistics, candidate preparedness and
regulatory compliance.

Web-EDsurance and XAM-NET technology thoroughly delivers, measures and evaluates
candidate preparedness to pass professional licensing examinations. "Candidates are
now able to reasonably measure their probability of exam success prior to taking
their State Licensing Examination thus saving time, money and self-esteem," says
LeCornec.

The New York Insurance Department authorized the use of Online Prelicensing
Education for three lines of insurance licenses in June, 2007: The Agent/Broker Life
Insurance license; The Agent/Broker Accident & Health Insurance license and the very
popular Agent/Broker Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. Global Education's
Web-EDsuranceTM program represents the First and Only Online courses approved by the
New York Insurance Department thus far.

"Web-EDsurance and XAM-NET are significant achievements for both Global Education
and the GE Insurance Institute,' says Director LeCornec. A new paradigm for how
insurance prelicensing education is delivered in New York State has been ushered in
through the advent of eLearning and Web-EDsurance. "eLearning will likely become the
standard for many years to come because everyone wins with quality Online licensing
preparation," says LeCornec. Institutions offering in-house courses through approved
providers no longer need worry about threats of increased prices or class
cancellations for not meeting minimum attendance requirements; Recruits no longer
need to take time off from work to attend class or make long after-hour commutes to
large metropolitan schools.
