Released on: December 4, 2007, 9:22 am

Press Release Author: Jadu CMS

Industry: Software

Press Release Summary: Organisations using Jadu's web content management system
(CMS) will get a free enhancement to enable blogging on their websites and
Intranets, as part of the company's ongoing upgrade programme.

Press Release Body: Jadu Blogs allows non-technical users to quickly and easily
create, edit and publish multiple blogs and blog entries on a website. The blogs are
fully integrated with the Jadu CMS, enabling users to further enrich and personalise
their website content and syndicate news and announcements to third parties.

Suraj Kika, CEO of Jadu says, \"Blogs are a key enabler for helping us provide
information organisation and knowledge management. We want to focus our blogging
technology on collaboration, content and file management, to enable open
communications and knowledge sharing between people, projects and departments.\"

Jadu will be upgrading all its customers, including its government users, to the new
Jadu 1.7 CMS platform over the next 12 months. The upgrade will feature major Web
2.0 technologies such as web mash-up page design, RSS feed aggregation, tagging and
now blogging. The first Jadu customers to be upgraded to the Jadu CMS 1.7 platform
include The Alzheimer's Society, The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS),
Staffordshire Moorlands District Council and North Warwickshire Borough Council.

\"We're committed to helping our customers to take advantage of applications that
enable information to be published and shared more easily. Blogs are an excellent
way of adding new content to a webpage quickly and easily. We're enabling our
customers to take advantage of this new product development for free, giving users
the tools to create their own content, without needing technical skills or previous
blogging experience,\" adds Kika.

\"What's exciting,\" continues Kika, \"is where we are taking blogging in the next 12
months.\"
