Oswego.

The project represents growth into both a new market and a new product type for
Macon and Jameson. "The tremendous population growth in the area has created a need
for professional office space that caters to doctors, lawyers, accountants and many
other service professionals", said Harry Huzenis, Executive Vice President, Jameson
Development. Mr. Huzenis also noted that Farmington Lakes Office Campus has
received tremendous support from the Village of Oswego and the Oswego Economic
Development Commission. The project is both for lease or for sale; however, the
strong desire for small businesses to own their own space will likely result in the
majority of the project being sold as office condos. One building has already been
sold to Falcon Consulting and negotiations are in progress with several other
prospects.

The 70,000 square foot project will consist of seven separate one story buildings of
approximately 10,000 square feet each. Matt Wilbur, president of Macon Group, is
taking the lead on the design and construction of the project. "We designed the
project to attract a wide range of service professionals and to set a new standard
for office park development in the Fox Valley Market", said Mr. Wilbur.

Mark Jones of Jameson Realty Group's Commercial Division represented Macon and
Jameson in the purchase of the property from a private party. Joe Yendrick of
Equitable Real Estate Group has been retained as the leasing and sales agent for the
