Press Release Body: WHAT IS THE EZIO40 4-RELAY LOAD CONTROLLER? The EZIO40 puts control of loads at the point of need, thus avoiding wiring complications. The unit has 4 relays to control small DC or AC loads with INSTEON or X10 commands. Outputs can be linked simultaneously or individually to a group command from a controller such as a KeypadLinc or ControlLinc and timers can pulse each output from 1 second to 255 minutes. The unit is programmable with the help of a free Windows-XP utility or an ever-growing list of home automation software. EZIO40 has a built-in power line interface and is programmed/controlled through the power line.
