Press Release Body: WHO: Terry Smith, President of Poolcare Aquatech Ltd. along
with Vice President Of Platinum Aquatech Ltd. has been in the commercial and
residential pool industry for 34 years. James Atlas, President of Platinum
Aquatech Ltd. has been in the commercial and residential pool industry for 18 years.

WHAT: Poolcare Aquatech Ltd. has been servicing and renovating both commercial and
residential swimming pools since 1987. Platinum Aquatech Ltd. has been constructing
new residential swimming pools since 2003. Merging the two companies into a single
Corporation, Platinum-Poolcare Aquatech, Ltd.

WHERE: Our location will remain the same. 300 Industrial Lane, Wheeling, IL 60090,
currently being renovated to meet our combined needs.

WHEN: This actual change in corporate structure took place January 1, 2008.

HOW: James and Terry are buying all stock in both existing corporations from the
Majority stockholder, merging the two corporations and will be equal partners
(Principal Owners) in the new Platinum-Poolcare Aquatech, Ltd.

WHY: By combining our labor pools, warehouse/storage capacities, monetary
resources (buying power) and administrative staffs, we will become more efficient,
providing our clients with the highest valued quality service.
