Starting with January 2008, the second CD of the Quebec music group Valuri De
Matase, named "A YEAR'S DAY" is available at cdBaby.com

The music on this CD includes many folk pieces from Romania, as well as from Russia,
Slovakia, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Canada.
The artistic concept behind the selection of pieces and its sequence is a metaphor
to the natural cycle of a day, or of a year. Each piece is another stage in the
advancement of the early morning / spring, towards the late evening / end of the
year by way of different experiences, feelings, and actions.

The CD \"A Year's Day\" is available also at \"Sillons Le Disquaire\" music shop in Québec.
