Organization (CTO), has appointed Paula McHale as Director of Product Management,

(CTO), has appointed Paula McHale as Director of Product Management, Data Management
Solutions. In this key role, Paula will help ensure the ongoing success of
ClinPhone's Electronic Data Capture (EDC) product, DataLabs by ClinPhone, by
contributing to the product strategy and providing input on EDC Marketing programs.

Paula will play an integral role in furthering the strategic development of
ClinPhone's integrated solutions, specifically, ClinPhone's combined EDC and IVR/IWR
(Randomization and Trial Supply Management) solution. She'll also further the
integration of its EDC and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).

Paula has over 20 years of clinical and technology experience in healthcare and drug
development, including 15 years in a CRO environment. She has worked with multiple
leading EDC systems and has extensive experience in the area of clinical trial
management, including implementation, validation and oversight of technology for use
in clinical trials. She also has expertise in data management and quality systems
regulations for clinical trials.

Prior to joining ClinPhone, Paula served as the Worldwide Director, EDC Solutions at
PAREXEL International Corp. In that role, Paula was responsible for the strategy and
oversight of all EDC programs including vendor selection, technology transfer
management, process definition, trial set-up and design and study operations. She
also oversaw Project Managers who managed EDC and IVRS projects from start-up to
study lock. Paula previously held senior positions within PAREXEL's Medical Imaging,
Voice and Data Systems and Advanced Technology Groups, as well as various positions
in clinical data management.
