agreement with Netherlands-based company, Adeon Technologies BV to distribute its
project content management and e-collaboration system, CXInsight throughout the UK,
Ireland and Poland.

The CXInsight distribution agreement makes Quantum EDS - the sister company of
specialist PCB design bureau Quantum CAD - the UK's sole reseller of this innovative
system. It also means that Quantum EDS can now offer complete design solutions and
help OEMs in both design and manufacturing to have full visibility and control of
all product information.

Developed specifically for the electronics industry and launched in 2005, CXInsight
is a unique single toolset that can offer full traceability and e-collaboration for
the complete supply chain over secure Internet communication.

Managing Director, Steve Jones said: "The distributorship came about because EDS'
sister company, Quantum CAD has been expanding rapidly and the manual processes for
managing project data that we used were increasing our costs. We had to increase our
efficiency and get full control over projects and collaboration with our customers.
We evaluated CXInsight to determine the benefits for us, without doubt, it met and
exceeded our expectations. We're looking forward to working with our partners at
Adeon in implementing this powerful system in the electronics sector."

Commenting on the distribution agreement, Jan Keijzer, managing director at Adeon

manufacturing process from suppliers, distributors, CEMs and other supply chain

Up to 70% of the cost of a product is determined by development not manufacturing.
CXInsight helps to reduce development and operational costs and improve quality.
Market research has indicated that those companies who embrace the product data
management (PDM) technology consistently outperform their competitors by 22%.

Quantum EDS will be responsible for marketing the system to the three countries
while, for the foreseeable future, Adeon will provide the maintenance and training.
