FOUNDATIONAL 12-DAY MASSAGE TRAINING IN COSTA RICA AND ANTIGUA

Press Release Summary: Spa College, international provider of training and education
is hosting two 12-day 100-hour certification workshops for those interested in a
career in massage therapy in Costa Rica and Antigua, West Indies in May and June
2008.

Press Release Body: The 100-hour certification course in massage therapy offered by
Spa College addresses those interested in a career as a massage therapist or those
who would like to expand their experience or re-ignite their passion for massage.

After this course participants will be able to perform a professional therapeutic
massage as expected in spas and healing and health and wellness facilities around
the world.

Facilitator Nicolay Kreidler teaches his Touching from the Heart massage course as a
pathway into the healing arts. The workshop is hands-on but also includes
theoretical topics needed in the practice of massage therapy.

The workshop teaches a professional full body therapeutic massage routine developed
over years to provide clients with an amazing experience. The massage sequence can
be adjusted to suit client's and therapist's needs and extended by integrating other
massage modalities.

Spa College guarantees that every participant will be able to perform this routine
by the end of the class. The class has been successfully taught all over the world.
Upon completion, participants receive certification from Spa College.

The routine that is taught is a compilation of many modalities including Swedish
massage, acupressure, Reiki, deep tissue massage, Trager, Rebalancing and many more.

In Costa Rica, Spa College will host workshops at a retreat center in the famous
Arenal area, close to hot springs, waterfalls and the famous resort Tabacon.

In Antigua, the Mount Tabor retreat centre hosts our workshops in a tropical
environment only minutes away from famous beaches.
