Press Release Summary: Famed `Tax Lady\' Roni Deutch Warns Americans to Not Accept
Calls, Emails From IRS

Press Release Body: North Highlands, CA March 17, 2007 - As the April 15, 2008 tax
deadline quickly approaches, Roni Deutch, owner of the largest Tax Resolution Law
FirmŪ in the United States and founder the Roni Deutch Tax CenterŪ, warns America to
beware during tax season as scam artists prey on manipulating tax payers to provide
private financial information.

\"It is important for Americans to be very aware during the tax season,\" Deutch said.
\"The IRS will never call or email you. You will receive notices via snail mail only.
Americans should be conscience that scam artists are actively making calls and
emails asking for private financial information. Do not provide it and contact your
local authorities immediately.\"

Thousands of scam reports are being filed suggesting that someone has called or
emailed requesting private financial information proclaiming that a select group of
Americans can receive their tax rebate stimulus early. The IRS will never call or
email taxpayers about these payments nor will it ask for financial information,
states the IRS\'s official Web site. Additionally, scam emails and information about
scam calls should be forwarded to phishing@irs.gov.

Americans can expect two informational snail mail notices to taxpayers advising them
of the stimulus payments, which will begin distribution in May 2008.

Deutch launched the Roni Deutch Tax CenterŪ in 2007 to offer consumers and business
owners competent, professional tax return preparation. After helping tens of
thousands of people save $5,000 to $4 million in IRS debt over the past 16 years
through her California-based tax resolution law firm, Deutch is on a double-pronged
mission - ironically, to eliminate the need for tax resolution by providing
Americans with competent, professional tax return preparation, and to provide a
recession-proof business opportunity for entrepreneurs seeking a piece of the
booming tax preparation industry. According to the IRS, 134 million individual
income tax returns were filed last year and 62 percent of Americans hired a tax
professional to prepare their return. And the IRS is projecting an increase in
returns filed to 146 million by the year 2014.

\"Over the past 16 years I have seen the devastating effect and hardships that
sloppy, unprofessional and inaccurate tax return preparation can have on people\'s
lives,\" Deutch said. \"I\'ve helped people with their IRS tax problems, but now I want
to prevent them from getting into trouble in the first place. Roni Deutch Tax
Centers will help millions of people avoid costly mistakes they would otherwise have
to spend years paying for. I\'m calling it preventive medicine for tax liability.\"
