Fairytale Theater with a giant, wizard and an elf have just arrived in time!

Press Release Summary: Galli's Fairytale Theater, winner of the 2007 Berlin Children’s Theater Innovation Award, is opening its own theater space in New York City on May 2. Its premise is to teach children overcome the challenges of everyday life and awakening in children new, exciting possibilities through their inspirational, humorous and educational fairytale adaptations.

Their lifework to help children cope with fears, drug prevention, violence, and increase self-esteem and responsibility. Teaching children to overcome the challenges of everyday life. Awakening in children new, exciting possibilities. Galli's Fairytale Theater, winner of the 2007 Berlin Children’s Theater Innovation Award, will premier its first production in New York City on May 3.

The Galli Group has a 25-year history of success in Europe, where its fairytale productions have played in seven theaters in multiple languages. The plays presented are based on original Grimm's fairytales. Each adaption includes dance, music and audience participation. Award-winning German playwright, mythologist and stage clown Johannes Galli uses the original stories and places them into modern context with humor.

Fully understanding children possess the same magical transformational nature of fairytales, The Galli Group seeks to increase personal growth in children, embracing their keen optimism, imagination and active participation in performances.
