Press Release Body: Highcamera Aerial Photography announces the successful
uninterrupted aerial construction progress photographs of three major projects for
Camden Development, Inc. based in McLean, Virginia. These projects have been
photographed by Highcamera Aerial Photography on a monthly basis since each broke
ground. Two Maryland sites involve aerial photographs of Camden projects while
another is located in Oak Hill, Virginia.

Camden College Park

The Camden College Park project is a $125 million, 19 building, 508 apartment
complex located in College Park, Maryland. The project includes a structured parking
garage and swimming pool. This project is located within the airspace that is
prohibited to all flights except those that have been granted a flight waiver (after
extensive review) by the Transportation Security Agency. Highcamera Aerial
Photography was granted a waiver to this site and to the next site located in
Landover, Maryland each month since their inception in early 2006. The Landover site
broke ground in June 2006 as Camden Summerfield Station and comprises 10 buildings
which house 291 apartments and will be completed at a cost of $65 million.

Camden Summerfield Station

Residents of Camden Summerfield station will be offered the convenience of a Metro
station just a few steps from the development. Mark Bucci, Camden Development's Vice
President of Construction-Mid-Atlantic Region spoke about Highcamera Aerial
Photography saying \"Highcamera provides high quality aerial photographs in Maryland
and Virginia on a monthly basis, on time, without fail. I highly recommend
Highcamera for all your aerial photography needs.\"

Camden Dulles Station

The final project nearing completion involves Aerial Photography in Virginia. Camden
Dulles Station located in Oak Hill Virginia is a $70 million dollar mix of 366
apartments and 15,000 square feet of retail as well as a structured parking garage.
Camden Dulles Station will offer residents easy access to Dulles International
Airport. Camden Development, Inc has used the services of Highcamera Aerial
Photography for many years for their projects in Maryland and Virginia and has
chosen them because they consistently produce the images that count, on time,
without fail.
Highcamera provides aerial images by helicopter using a wide range of formats
including 35mm, medium format and digital video. The company can photograph
practically any site or event and offers fixed wing or rotary shooting platforms for
images.
