Press Release Body: Bloomingdale, NJ - April 24, 2008: The Household Helper, a
website dedicated to managing your home, announces the release of its home
management coaching services. The new service was designed to help moms handle the
day-to-day responsibilities of cleaning, meal planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
The mission of the new coaching service is to make every woman an effective manager
and a happier mom.

"Most resources on home and family management assume one size fits all: they provide
their plan and expect you to implement and follow it." said Cara Mirabella, Owner of
The Household Helper. "Every family is unique. A home and family management plan
needs to be tailored to you and your family's needs."

Program participants will receive one-on-one telephone consultations with Cara,
follow-up sessions via email, access to worksheets and exclusive resources on home
management as well as a monthly newsletter.

Highlights from coaching sessions include:
- Managing time at home: household chores, cooking, errands, and holidays and
special events
- Organizing and decluttering the home and how to stay organized
- How to get and keep the family involved

This program is not exclusive to stay-at-home-moms. Moms who work outside of the
home and work-at-home-moms will benefit from coaching sessions as well. Topics such
as project management and keeping your home and business organized are coached by
Cara. "Working together we will develop the tools and processes necessary for you
to live a more organized life and have a peaceful home" she says.
