Press Release Summary: FORGET Sandbanks, Branksome Park is the most prestigious
place to live, according to a new survey

Press Release Body:
FORGET Sandbanks, Branksome Park is the most prestigious place to live, according to
a new survey. In the south west of England, eight out of the top ten roads are in
Poole with Brudenell Avenue claiming the title as the area's most expensive road,
with an average house sale price of over £1.8m, writes Andrew Findley, a director of
Elite Property Search, a locally-based property search agency specialising in
sourcing the nation's finest homes for the super rich.

The data supplied by Mouseprice.net, owned by the consultancy which compiles the
Land Registry monthly price index, has pinpointed the priciest roads that top the
nation's millionaires\' rows. The research puts Poole firmly in the property super
league and also shows the emergence of Branksome Park, Poole, with three of the top
five places.

"Much has been made of Sandbanks, but this data shows that the quiet roads of
Branksome Park contain many of the most exclusive homes in the south west," comments
Andrew. "Many of our clients prefer the privacy of "The Park" where many of the
homes are hidden from view by long driveways or high hedges. The very best
properties sit on large plots of over an acre and command prices of up to £5m."
Property prices on the 10 most expensive streets in the South West:
1 Bar Road, Mawnan Smith, TR11: average property value - £1,847,800
2 Brudenell Avenue, Poole, BH13: average property value - £1,806,500
3 Western Avenue, Poole, BH13: average property value - £1,736,100
4 Martello Road, Poole, BH13: average property value - £1,706,000
5 Bury Road, Poole, BH13: average property value - £1,611,400
6 Mornish Road, Poole, BH13: average property value - £1,598,500
7 Hamilton Road, Bath, BA1: average property value - £1,534,200
8 Elms Avenue, Poole, BH14: average property value - £1,488,000
9 Pearce Avenue, Poole, BH14: average property value - £1,359,700
10 Bingham Avenue, Poole, BH14: average property value - £1,358,500

The research broadly covered all areas in which we focus, with the private gated
estates of St Georges Hill and Wentworth topping the tables outside of the Capital.
We currently have clients looking in both estates where a new property backing onto
the golf course will set you back within the region of £1000 per sq ft and many
properties are For Sale with a price tag over £10m.
