About the Accord:
The 2008 Honda Accord receives major overhaul over the previous year's model. It has
been redesigned, and has become more spacious. Available in two body types -the
sedan and the coupe, the 2008 Accord offers a choice of three engines: a 2.4-liter,
four-cylinder engine that produces 177 and 190 horsepower, and a 3.5 liter V6 that
comes with 235 horsepower.

It incorporates an innovative technology, the Variable Cylinder Management, which
saves energy by deactivating cylinders. This is available on the V6. The
transmission options are a five-speed for the sedan, and a six-speed for the coupe.
The sedan is offered in the LX, EX and LX-P model types, while the coupe comes in a
LX-S. Across these trims and body types, 16, 17 and 18-inch wheels are offered.

Among the 2008 Accord's standard features are air conditioning, , a CD stereo with
an auxiliary input jack for portable music players, cruise control, lighted vanity
mirrors and a tilt/telescoping steering wheel with audio buttons.

Six airbags, including side-impact airbags for the front seats and side curtain
airbags; all-disc antilock brakes; active front head restraints and Honda\'s Vehicle
